I just moved my desktop over to my mum's room. She wanna learn how to use the computer. Feels kinda sad because that's the 1st computer I bought for myself 6 years ago (my 1st yr in NIE). It has gone through thick and thin with me, accompanying me the days in hostels until now. Though it's still in my house, I just felt weird not seeing the monitor on my table. Ha!

Lots of things on my mind again and I couldn't concentrate on studying for my Maths quiz. But I've been practising lots of mental skills-self talk-lately. Kept telling myself to "STOP" and think of something else. It helps, really. When I think of some wrong decisions that I've made and felt the pain in the heart, "STOP" really caused me to feel much better. Try it!
